ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A ROOM TO HIRE AND GROW YOUR BUSINESS?

Our Wellness Room is part of our yoga studio and we love to offer our yoga community along with the community in the Redlands with trained practitioners who are focused within the wellness industry. 

​

If you are a practitioner who has an already established small business or just starting in your business and are looking for a room to hire PLUS a great community to connect and network with, then our room may just be what you are looking for!

​

We only accept those within the wellness industry and we also only accept practitioners who we don't currently have in our room.  So if we already have a Reiki practitioner, we will not accept a second Reiki practitioner, unless this is not your main modality.  For example if you you mostly offer a different kind of energy healing and is not specifically Reiki, then we will consider you and love to chat with you about your offering to see if you would be a good fit for our room.

Wellness practitioners can offer; Reiki, Energy Healing, Crystal Healings, Card Readings, Massage, Bowen Therapy, Acupuncture, Petc, the options here are quite broad.

WHAT WE OFFER 

 

Our Wellness Room includes one solid massage table, chairs, tables, portable speaker, diffuser and is decorated with soft pinks, navy and whites.  Everyone who enters our room experiences a feeling of calmness which is what we aim for. We believe environment is the biggest key to customers feeling relaxed and safe. 

 

Our room is shared between many other practitioners and we offer time block from 4 hour blocks in the morning and afternoon.  Our morning half day is from 7am-1pm and our afternoon half day is from 1pm - 8pm.  A 6 hour room hire will provide you with approximately 5-6 appointments, depending on how long your appointments take.

Half Day 4 hour blocks - $40+GST

Half Day 6 Hour Block - 60+GST

Full Day- 8 hour block - $80+GST

Full Day - 12 Hours - $100 + GST

  By offering our half day weekly option this gives each practitioner the choice of one or more mornings and then one or more afternoons to hire.  This gives you the benefit of offering a wide choice of times available to your customers without having to be in our room for an entire day, instead you can break it up over two or more half days.  Of course, the option is there if you wish to hire the room for an entire day, both the morning and afternoon, in which case this would still be charged as two half days.  There is no minimum, you are welcome just to hire one half day per week if this is your preference.

 Permanent advertisement on our website/phone app with a link to your own website/social media

Monthly newsletter advertising to our very active 1,500 contacts

Social Media advertising to promote your business along with other businesses in our wellness room

 Opportunities to Network with our yoga community before and after each class takes place, in our foyer room

-Your own brochures at our Wellness Room & Yoga Studio entrance door ways

- Promotional advertising within our Yoga Studio foyer 

Electricity, ducted air-conditioning/heating, bathroom & kitchenette facilities

Our Gift to You

 

Upon signing a hire agreement with us, and from your start date; we include an Introductory Offer of yoga classes FREE to you to use within your first month of hiring our wellness room.  This offer gives you two consecutive weeks worth of unlimited yoga classes, it gives you an opportunity to try all our classes to see what class you love the most and want to keep attending.  Gifting this to you will allow you to start to feel comfortable in our yoga community, meet new people and network while enjoying our yoga classes yourself.

Room Hire Rental

​

Our room hire will be charged, in advance.

You can opt in for a Full Day Rate or a half day rate, our morning and our afternoon hire. 

Mornings are from 7am until 1pm and Afternoons are from 1pm until 8pm.

 

Our room hire rent is on a permanent weekly basis, we do not offer our room to one-off appointments, however you can opt for a week trial.  A hire agreement will be in place between yourself and Yoga at The Lounge.  Payment will be one week in advance, due each Friday. 

 

Your commitment to being in our Wellness Room for each half day you hire on a weekly basis is necessary to a long lasting relationship with your own business and our community.

All practitioners must present their certificate of currency to show there is Public Liability Insurance, at a minimum of $10 million.  Should anything arise during the time you are hiring our studio which requires a Public Liability Insurance claim, you will be liable and the claim will be made through your own insurance policy.  Yoga at The Lounge will not be responsible for any claims made during the time-frame that the studio is being hired by a third party.

Additional Charges

 

Website:

There will be a one off set up fee of $40+gst which will include the set-up of your business advertisement on our website, this will be under our "Wellness Appointments" tab.  This advertisement will provide your business profile, photo and links to your website, social media etc. Once this is approved if there needs to be changes again in future, this would be additional costs.

 

Signage & Printed Promotional Material:

 This will be charged at cost rate and would be a shared cost between all practitioners.

- Any print material or signage within our yoga studio foyer to help advertise your business.  This may be posters, brochures, flyers etc.
