REIKI Reiki is a form of energy healing which originated in Japan in the early 20th century and is used by many people today to assist with relaxation, pain management, stress, depression and anxiety. A Reiki healing session will guide life force energy through the entire body, to assist the bodies natural self-healing abilities. Our bodies cannot heal when they're in a stressed state all the time. Research has shown that Reiki brings the body back into its 'Rest and Digest' state. During Louisa's Reiki healing sessions, you will also receive a head and foot massage to assist with attuning your healing in a grounding, supportive and nurturing way.
